Depending on how you use Manzelak, we may collect:

• Your full name, email address and phone number.
• Account information, such as login details and profile settings.
• Property preferences, saved searches, favourites and comparisons.
• Inquiries, meeting requests, messages and community posts.
• Reservation details, including the selected unit, payment plan and contact preferences.

When you request a reservation, we ask you to upload the front and back of your national ID or passport and, later, a screenshot or image of your bank transfer.

These files are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. They are made available only to you, the relevant developer team and authorised Manzelak staff, through short-lived secure links, for the purpose of verifying and processing your reservation.

Documents are retained for as long as needed to process the reservation and keep the necessary transaction records, and to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described under "Data Retention and Deletion" and "Your Rights".

To process an inquiry or reservation, we share your details with the developer of the property you selected. This includes your name, contact details, the selected unit, the payment plan, and your identity and payment documents where a reservation is requested.

Manzelak may retrieve property listings, prices, availability and unit details directly from participating developers, through their systems or files they provide. Where a developer has enabled it, new inquiries about their properties may also be forwarded to their sales or CRM system.

When you chat with or speak to the Manzelak AI property assistant, your messages (and voice input, converted to text) are processed by AI service providers to answer questions and recommend properties. Please do not share identity document numbers or banking details in the chat.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as language, currency, comparisons and your property brief. We may also use analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

• Facilitating reservations with developers.
• Preventing fraud and keeping the platform secure.

We may share information with:

• The developer of the property you inquire about or reserve.
• Authorised service providers that host, secure or operate the platform, including AI and messaging providers.
• Parties involved in processing a payment, where applicable.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, private document storage and restricted staff access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without authorisation.

Manzelak is not intended for children to use on their own to submit personal or identity information.

Developer websites and other external services linked from Manzelak have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
